Made in the traditional Chinese method, we use black tea leaves scented with lychee peels to create this fragrant tea, reminiscent of grapefruits in the nose yet pleasantly sweet on the palate. You can serve with milk and sugar or make a wonderfully refreshing iced tea.

Often referred to as ‘Blue Eyes”, this is more of a tisane, meaning an infusion of leaves, than a tea. Our blend of fruits and spices combine to produce a mysterious blend of flavors that range form fruity-sweet to tart and pungent. Hints of cornflower petals and rosehips add complexity to the coloring and give this tisane its delightful aroma and finish.
