Shipping Policy

All items purchased through our website will be shipped via UPS Ground. We ship to the continental United States excluding Hawaii and Alaska. The estimated time of arrival after purchase will be between 3 to 8 business days depending on the availability of the product purchased, the successful transfer of funds and the UPS supply chain.

Return Policy
Since coffee and tea are perishable, we do not accept returns for these items. For non-perishable items, we will accept returns within 14 days of receipt.
