CELEBES KALOSSI (DARK) $18.80 per lb It is fascinating how a master roaster can elicit such diverse flavors from a single bean. With our Celebes Dark Roast, Henry takes great care when roasting this Indonesian bean to ensure that the high temperatures are just right to mute the earthiness it is customarily known for. The result is a clean, bittersweet flavor with notes of chocolate. This is a favorite amongst our customers. Quantity x 1 lb	COLOMBIA SUPREMO (DARK) $14.60 per lb Truly a delicacy, Columbia Dark Roast starts with defect free beans from traditional “Bourbon” and “Catura” trees. After going through a strict and lengthy developing period in Columbia’s coolest growing regions, a coffee processing mill specially selects only the beans that were produced on farms in the highest altitude. You will find our Columbian Dark Roast to be smooth yet flavorful, distinguishable from the typical caramel sweetness you will find in other Columbian blends. Quantity x 1 lb


COSTA RICA (DARK) $15.20 per lb The heavily farmed volcanic soil of the Poas volcano contributes to this bean’s balanced and smooth flavor. A delicious dark roast enjoyed by everyone. FRENCH ROAST $12.80 per lb First, a little lesson. The term “french roast” was coined to identify a dark roast. Therefore, all beans that are roasted dark can technically be called “french roast.” Our french roast is distinguishable in two ways: 1) we use a blend of African and South American Arabica beans. 2) We have Henry, our master roaster that has perfected the dark roasting craft. He roasts this unique combination of beans to the highest temperature until the bean reaches its breaking point and releases a rich caramelized sugar. Henry’s French Roast will provide the palate with intense, bold, and semisweet flavors with delicious smoky overtones. Quantity x 1 lb	GALAPAGOS ISLANDS ORGANIC $29.80 per lb Galapagos Coffee is 100% organic, grown within the volcanic mountains of Galapagos Islands. This ideal volcanic environment provides for a perfect combination of sunlight, rain and volcanic soil in an altitude that makes for great coffee. Only the best-ripened cherries are handpicked and the remains are used as compost. The coffee is low in acidity, delicious and has an intense aroma that provides a rich flavor. Quantity x 1 lb

Quantity x 1 lb	JAMAICAN BLUE MOUNTAIN $53.00 per lb Much like how champagne can only be called champagne if it comes from the Champagne region of France, Blue Mountain coffee can only be called Blue Mountain if it comes from the legally defined areas of the Blue Mountain in Jamaica. Here at House of Coffee we have taken great care and practice to ensure the Jamaican Blue Mountain we offer you is harvested from the purest of areas. Each berry is picked by hand with strict food and safety regulations to avoid contamination. Balanced, sweet and low in acidity, this bean is the platinum standard of all coffee beans. KENYA AA AFRICA (DARK) $17.00 per lb Same as Kenya but roasted darker to mute the soft acidity. A delicious coffee to drink in the mornings with a sweet and mild taste. Quantity x 1 lb	MOCHA JAVA BLEND (DARK) $14.40 per lb Henry mixes Java Arabica with Yemen Mocha to produce a world famous blend that was originally introduced as the “go to drink” well before coffee was widely grown. The dark roast provides a full-bodied flavor with chocolate overtones. Roasted dark and then mixed with medium roasted beans from South America, this brew provides the palate with a smooth, nutty and well-balanced flavor. Quantity x 1 lb


PANAMA LA TORCAZA $15.40 per lb Coffee artisans take great care in first de-pulping then fermenting these beans. They are then washed by hand and spread out under the sun for a natural drying process. Cool breezes further dry the specially selected beans in order to develop a complex and balanced profile. The final result is the cleanest tasting coffee. It has a rich, delicate perfectly balanced flavor with a sweet, creamy finish. Quantity x 1 lb	PUERTO RICO ORO $29.80 per lb They call it “Puerto Rico Oro”. This coffee farm was abandoned in the last 23 years. Now under new technology and new management the farm has become a hidden gem among the mountains of Puerto Rico. This farm has produced top quality specialty coffee beans using traditional methods and the finest Arabica trees. The production is limited but the cup is excellent. It has a clean and refreshing taste with a subtle mix of fruity flavors. The body is smooth with citric notes, adding delicacy to the cup. This is for serious coffee drinkers who can appreciate an excellent cup of coffee. Quantity x 1 lb


SUMATRA MANDHELING (DARK) $15.40 per lb By roasting the Sumatra roast a little darker, Henry extracts and accentuates certain tastes over others. VISTA ALEGRE $17.00 per lb By using a drip irrigation system, the trees of the Vista Alegre bean are nourished using irrigated water even after the coffee cherries have ripened. This continued nourishment allows the cherry to further mature and develop. After a medium roast the coffee releases a syrupy body with illusions of dark chocolaty sweetness. Quantity x 1 lb
