ESPRESSO ROAST $14.00 per lb Your classic excellent espresso blend used for all espresso drinks and french press brewed coffee. The mixture of these beans coupled with Henry’s mastery of the dark roast produces a thick creamy, bold and robust flavor. Quantity x 1 lb	FRENCH ROAST $12.80 per lb First, a little lesson. The term “french roast” was coined to identify a dark roast. Therefore, all beans that are roasted dark can technically be called “french roast.” Our french roast is distinguishable in two ways: 1) we use a blend of African and South American Arabica beans. 2) We have Henry, our master roaster that has perfected the dark roasting craft. He roasts this unique combination of beans to the highest temperature until the bean reaches its breaking point and releases a rich caramelized sugar.
